Packaging

Giclée prints are sealed in a clear cellophane wrap with conservation backing and are packaged in a super sturdy flatpack mailer made of 100% recyclable and FSC certified cardboard. The cellophane wrap and conservation backing are both acid-free, and so are suitable for storing work long-term. Please reuse and recycle as much of the packaging as possible!

Greetings cards are packaged with recycled paper envelopes in compostable potato & corn starch sleeves, and shipped in a cardboard envelope. Read more about my packaging and sustainability policy here.

Shipping

Artwork is shipped from the UK, via Royal Mail. Although I aim to ship most orders within a week, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, particularly for prints that state they are made to order.

If you need your order by a specific date, please email me immediately at alice@rosen.org.uk and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Shipping is currently only available within the UK.
